Objective
We, Zeal and Notion, organized a yoga workshop on June 23rd, which received a tremendous response from many people. Following the workshop, there were repeated requests from participants for regular yoga classes. Considering their interest, we decided to start the ‘Yoga with Zeal and Notion’ school at a very affordable rate. There are no age restrictions here; men, women, boys, and girls all participate in the practice. The classes are conducted by highly skilled instructors. In addition to yoga, our instructors also provide ample support regarding nutrition to the participants.
